Rieslingfreak No.9 is a dry sparkling Riesling made in the traditional method from Clare Valley fruit. The 2022 base wine underwent secondary fermentation in bottle and extended ageing on lees, bringing fine bubbles, gentle creaminess and refined brioche notes alongside bright citrus and white peach. With crisp Riesling acidity and a notably dry finish, this Australian interpretation of Sekt suits celebrations, seafood and savoury starters.
