Where we deliver

Spirit Street delivers Australia-wide. We are an online, delivery-only retailer. There is no physical shop, pickup or click-and-collect. We do not deliver outside Australia and do not offer international ordering.

We do not deliver alcohol to addresses where delivery is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. If your order is affected, we may contact you, arrange delivery to an eligible alternative address where legally appropriate, or cancel and refund the affected order.

Dispatch

Orders are generally dispatched on the same or next business day. Orders placed outside processing hours, on weekends, on public holidays or during unusual peak periods may take longer to dispatch.

No same-day delivery. In accordance with our liquor licence conditions, alcohol will not be delivered on the same business day on which the order is placed. Dispatch is not the same as delivery: dispatch is when your order leaves us; delivery follows via the carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

• Standard delivery – NSW: $9.99
• Standard delivery – rest of Australia: $15.00
• Express delivery – Australia-wide: $20.00

Free standard delivery
Orders of $200 or more qualify for free standard delivery when the promotional code "FREEDELIVERY" is entered at checkout. Free delivery does not apply automatically.
• Only one promotional discount code can be applied per order. FREEDELIVERY cannot be combined with STREET10 or any other promotional discount code.
 • Express delivery remains $20 and is excluded from the free delivery promotion.
 • The offer applies to delivery addresses within Australia.
The delivery options available for your address, and the exact cost, are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery after dispatch: metro areas approximately 3 to 9 business days; regional and non-metro areas may take longer depending on destination and carrier. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weekends, public holidays, peak periods, carrier delays and remote destinations can affect delivery times.

Tracking

Where the carrier provides tracking, you will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Your delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct when ordering. If a delivery fails or is returned to us because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, or because the delivery could not lawfully be completed, we will contact you to arrange the appropriate next step; additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

Age verification on delivery

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Proof of age may be required on delivery.
