About these terms

spiritstreet.com.au is operated by SPIRIT STREET PTY LTD (ABN 35 691 933 114), holder of NSW Packaged Liquor Licence LIQP770018461 ("Spirit Street", "we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Age requirement

You must be 18 years or over to purchase from us. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. We may request proof of age at any time, including on delivery, and may refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe the purchaser or recipient is under 18, or where supply would not comply with our liquor licence or the law.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Australian dollars. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, including where a product is unavailable or where a price or product description has been displayed in error. If we cancel an order, we will refund any amount paid for the cancelled items.

Delivery

We deliver within Australia only, as set out in our Shipping Policy. In accordance with our liquor licence conditions, alcohol will not be delivered on the same business day on which the order is placed.

Returns and your consumer rights

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Responsible service of alcohol

SPIRIT STREET PTY LTD supports the responsible service of alcohol. We will not supply alcohol where doing so would breach the Liquor Act 2007 (NSW) or the conditions of our licence.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject always to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
