Seen it cheaper? Ask us to price match.
Spirit Street offers price matching on eligible products. If you find the same product at a lower price from another Australian retailer, send us the details and we will review your request.
Eligibility
To be eligible, the competing offer must be:
- from an Australian retailer;
- for the exact same product;
- in the exact same bottle or container size;
- currently in stock with that retailer;
- publicly available for purchase (not a members-only, clearance, auction or bundle price); and
- verifiable by Spirit Street.
How it works
- Send us the product name, size and a link to (or details of) the competing offer — use the price match form on any product page, or email hello@spiritstreet.com.au.
- Our team reviews the request. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
- If the request is verified and approved, we will confirm the matched price with you before you order.

Price matching is subject to review and approval by Spirit Street — submitting a request does not automatically change a price or guarantee a match. We may decline requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria above.
