Three cool-climate vineyard sites contribute a lively citrus profile and mineral tension to this 2025 release. Expect lime blossom and flinty stone on the nose, followed by finger lime, green apple and bright natural acidity. Its long, refreshing finish makes it a versatile choice with seafood, while its structure also rewards careful cellaring.
