Grapes from elevated sites around Flaxman Valley, Angaston and Springton yield an energetic dry Riesling with lifted jasmine, fresh lime and tropical-fruit aromas. The palate is tightly structured, showing citrus and delicate stone-fruit flavours over crisp, slate-like minerality. A lively white wine for seafood and relaxed entertaining.
