This is the non-vintage Treviso Brut bottling.Vineyard and winemakingRuggeri locates Argeo’s vineyards on the first slopes of the Dolomites in northern Treviso. Glera accounts for at least 85% of the blend, with other local white varieties making up the remainder. Grapes are harvested in September. Fermentation takes place without the skins at a controlled 18°C for around eight days, followed by a slow second fermentation in large sealed vessels at 14–15°C.
