During fermentation, we press the grapes off skins midway, preventing the extraction of bold and harsh tannins typically found in Tempranillo. This yields a plush, juicy, and remarkably approachable red wine. Following brief maturation in seasoned French oak, the wine is released early, preserving its fresh and intensely red-fruited character.The wine's luxurious red fruit flavors and supple structure make it a perfect pairing for expertly grilled BBQ meats.
