Choose the category before the bottle
A combined collection makes it convenient to compare agave spirits, but tequila and mezcal listings should not be treated as interchangeable. Read the full product name first, then consider the producer's information about agave, origin and production. Clase Azul Reposado is tequila. It is linked here as a priority tequila option, not presented as a mezcal. If your purchase specifically calls for mezcal, select a bottle whose own listing identifies that category and check its current availability.
Read production details expression by expression
Del Maguey's production information illustrates one mezcal approach: its Vida material describes mature Espadín agave and traditional roasting, fermentation and distillation. That example helps explain why a named producer's method is more useful than a blanket flavour assumption for every mezcal. It is background reading, not a promise that a particular Del Maguey expression is currently in this collection. Use each listed bottle's own source details rather than transferring a technique, agave variety or alcohol strength across unrelated products.
Compare oak-matured tequila thoughtfully
Spirit Cartel's importer sheet describes Clase Azul Reposado as spending eight months in American white oak barrels, with agave, oak, pepper, vanilla and caramel impressions. That is information about the Reposado expression. A differently named Clase Azul bottle needs its own note. Our suggestion is a modest pour in a small tasting glass, tried on its own before adding ice or choosing a mixed serve. If comparing bottles, use similar glasses and keep a note of the full names and categories.
Check presentation, quantity and delivery
For a gift, consider the recipient's interest in tequila or mezcal before focusing on bottle design. Check the current images, bottle size and available quantity on the product page. For a mixed drink, choose a spirit whose individual description fits the style you want and measure the serve thoughtfully. Delivered Australia-wide. Standard delivery is $9.99 in NSW and $15 to the rest of Australia, free on orders of $200 or more with the code FREEDELIVERY, and Express is $20. Review delivery details at checkout for a planned occasion; a collection description does not establish a particular arrival date.
