Aroma: Lingering aromas of oak and cigars. Take some time to enjoy the rewards of barrel and bottle age. Palate: The palate though springs to life with bright acidity, ripe berry fruits, roasted capsicum and a hint of menthol. The tannins are evident, smooth and refined like high end dark chocolate. Food Pairing: Give it time in the glass over the length of a meal.
